OURPOWER.US offers a lifetime warranty limited to the repair or replacement of all products found defective in materials or workmanship. Factory inspection will determine if a product is defective. This warranty does not apply to any product which was misused, abused, altered, worn out from use, neglect, vandalism, improper installation or maintenance, repair, any assembly or processing that alters physical or electrical properties, fire, flood, civil disturbances, war, or other acts or omissions which alter physical or electrical properties. Return products to OURPOWER.US for repair or replacement at our option. Return shipping is invoiced depending on the condition of products and parts required. Products showing evidence of aforementioned areas not applying to this warranty are denied refund or free shipping.
In no event shall OURPOWER.US be liable for incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, whether such damages are based on negligence, contract, tort or strict liability, nor shall OURPOWER.US in any event be liable for any amount in excess of the prices in effect at the time for the product on which the claims arise. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of OURPOWER.US products AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THAT PURPOSE SET FORTH IN THE WRITTEN SPECIFICATIONS FURNISHED BY OURPOWER.US HEREUNDER.
