Orders will normally ship within two business days. We use a variety of carriers (UPS, Airborne/ DHL, FedEx, USPS) but primarily USPS First Class and Two-Day Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation for the continental U.S. We will e-mail to you the USPS tracking number. We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. Our equation to calculate the total shipping cost is:
(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (All Per-Item Costs) = Total Shipping Fee
Note: Per-item costs for some products are a flat rate per unit while for others the per-item cost is based on the product’s weight. See rate chart below for details:

Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return new, unopened items sold by OURPOWER.US within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. We will also pay the return shipping costs (standard ground shipping with tracking) and no restocking fee if the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, etc. Ensure the shipper provides package tracking.
Expect receipt of refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, but receipt of a refund can occur quicker. The refund time period includes transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (five to ten business days), the time to process the return after we receive it (three to five business days), and the time for the bank to process our refund request (five to ten business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund after we receive and process the returned item.
Items may be canceled prior to our shipping of the item with no charge. If cancellation occurs after the item is shipped, follow the Returns instructions.
